| 27 April 2012 | RasMol issue: If you have more than 100,000 atoms and save it within RasMol, it will shift the columns of the PDB and make it unreadable | RasMol "bleeding_edge" source tree updated with fix. Awaiting addition of this change to released version of RasMol. Will be part of next RasMol release. | Generally this only occurs in a large multi model PDB file. Try the PDB Editor to split the model, process individually in RasMol & rejoin the results |
